with Special Guest George MacPherson

MONDAY • June 23
6:30 - 8:30 PM EST
at TIBET HOUSE or JOIN VIRTUALLY

Join DHARMA FRIENDS in this memorable event as we celebrate and pay tribute to The 14th Dalai Lama, who turns 90 on July 6th. In this extra special Dharma Friends, we'll explore the Dalai Lama's extraordinary life story, tracing his birth in Tibet and his exile to India to his role as global activist, spiritual leader, and Nobel Peace Prize Winner.

We'll also learn about the fascinating history of the institution of the Dalai Lama (including its Mongolian origins in 1578). Expect an evening of delightful stories, history, and celebration. We'll conclude the evening with a meditation on compassion and an integrative sound meditation with the beloved George MacPherson.
